FAQ
Do credits expire?
Two kinds: the monthly subscription grant is valid for that cycle, resets the next, and does not roll over; signup and purchased credits never expire. The monthly grant is spent first, so what you bought is never lost to a reset.
Does regenerating plans keep costing credits?
No. a given target length is charged once; after that, moving the switch point, changing the method or regenerating is free. Only a new target length counts again.
What happens to my work when the subscription ends?
It stays. Nothing is deleted when it expires; anything beyond the free allowance becomes read-only — you can still view and export it, just not add more.
How do I pay?
We take WeChat Pay and Alipay; switch between them on the payment page. Credits arrive immediately, and a confirmation email is sent to your registered address as a receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Paid features count as delivered once activated, so payments are not refundable; see the Paid Services Terms for details. We suggest running through the whole flow on the free plan first.
Will prices change?
They may be adjusted, announced in the app beforehand, and never applied retroactively to completed purchases.
